FAQ
What is AI virtual try-on?
A generative model that composites a garment onto a person image while respecting body proportions, drape, occlusion and lighting, so the clothes look truly worn, not pasted on.
Can I embed try-on on my store?
Yes. Looknish exposes a JavaScript embed and a REST API for Shopify, WooCommerce and headless storefronts. Scale plans include shopper-side try-on quotas.
Is one try-on one credit?
Yes, 1 credit per try-on image. Shopper-side try-on on Scale plans is metered separately with volume discounts.
Does it work on my customers' photos?
Yes. Any standing photo works best. We automatically detect body landmarks, remove the original garment and render the new one on top.
How is this different from a mockup?
Mockups warp a flat image onto a t-shirt template. Try-on generates a photorealistic image with real drape, folds and shadows for the actual model.
What about privacy?
Shopper photos are processed in-memory and never stored unless you explicitly enable saved try-ons. See our Privacy policy for details.
