Privacy Policy.
Effective date: 22 July 2026. This policy explains what Looknish collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Looknish is operated by Sentez Inc. (the "Company", "we", "us"). Sentez Inc. is the data controller for personal data processed through www.looknish.com and the Looknish web app. Questions: privacy@looknish.com.
Data we collect
Account data, email, name, avatar, workspace/organization name, role, language.
Content you upload, garment photos, model references, generation prompts and the images we generate for you. Stored in your workspace and only visible to members of that workspace.
Billing data, plan, credit balance, invoices. Card data is handled by our payment processor and never touches our servers.
Product telemetry, pages viewed, features used, errors, device and browser metadata, IP address. Used to keep the service reliable and to prevent abuse.
Support messages, anything you send to support@looknish.com or through in-app chat.
How we use it
To provide the product (running generations, showing your gallery, sharing between workspace members); to bill you; to keep the platform secure (rate limiting, fraud detection, incident response); to improve the product (aggregate usage metrics, debugging); and to send transactional email you cannot opt out of (receipts, security alerts) and marketing email you can.
We do not train generative models on your uploads. Your images stay in your workspace.
Legal bases (EU/UK)
Contract, to give you the service you signed up for. Legitimate interests, security, fraud prevention, product analytics. Consent, optional marketing email and non-essential cookies. Legal obligation, tax and accounting.
Subprocessors
We rely on the following categories of subprocessors. Each is bound by a written data processing agreement.
Cloud hosting and database (Supabase / AWS EU), CDN and edge compute (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), payments (Stripe), analytics (self-hosted / privacy-friendly), AI inference providers used to render your images. A current list is available on request; email privacy@looknish.com.
International transfers
Some subprocessors are in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK IDTA where applicable.
Retention
Account and workspace data: for the life of the account. Uploaded and generated images: until you or your workspace admin deletes them, or 30 days after the workspace is closed. Billing and tax records: 10 years, as required by law. Support tickets: 24 months. Server logs: up to 90 days.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. EEA/UK users may also complain to their local supervisory authority. Turkish users: see also our KVKK notice. To exercise a right, email privacy@looknish.com from your account address; we respond within 30 days.
Children
Looknish is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will announce material changes by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
