Terms of Service.

1. The service

Looknish is an AI fashion photography platform provided by Sentez Inc. It turns garment photos into on-model images, cleans flat-lays, generates try-on visuals and produces lookbooks. Features and pricing evolve over time.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You need an account to use Looknish. Keep your credentials secret; you are responsible for actions taken from your account. Workspaces (organizations) can invite additional seats; the workspace owner controls billing and member access.

3. Your content and licence to us

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant Sentez Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, transmit and process your content strictly to operate the service and produce outputs for you. We do not use your uploads to train generative models. You warrant that you have the rights to upload the images you use (garments, models, brand assets, etc.).

4. Commercial rights on outputs

On every paid plan, you receive full commercial rights to the images Looknish generates for you: use them in ads, ecommerce listings, marketplaces, social media, print and packaging. On the Free plan, outputs are for evaluation only and must not be used commercially.

AI outputs may not be copyrightable in every jurisdiction, that is a property of the technology, not of Looknish.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Looknish to generate images of real, identifiable people without their consent; sexual content involving anyone under 18; deceptive deepfakes; hateful, harassing or unlawful content; or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Credits, billing and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Credits included in your plan reset at the start of each billing period; top-up credits do not expire while your account is active. Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Full policy: fair billing.

7. Availability and support

We work hard to keep the service up but do not guarantee any specific uptime unless a separate SLA is signed. Support is provided by email and in-app chat during business hours.

8. Warranties and liability

Looknish is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentez Inc. disclaims all implied warranties. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms with reasonable notice, or immediately for illegal use, chargebacks, or security risks.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless mandatory consumer-protection law grants you the right to sue in your local courts.
