Sign up, verify your email, upload a flat-lay, pick a model and pose in Studio, and generate. First 10 credits are free, no card required.
Billing and cancellation
Manage everything from Settings → Billing. Cancellation is instant and self-serve. Full 14-day refunds on unused credit tiers. See /fair-billing for the full policy.
Image rights
Paid outputs carry full commercial rights. Use them across web, ads, print, marketing, and social. Trial outputs carry a watermark until you upgrade.
FAQ
How do I cancel my Looknish plan?
Open Settings → Billing → Manage plan and click Cancel. The cancellation is instant. You keep access until the end of the paid period and any unused credits stay in your account. There is no cancellation fee and no email-us-to-cancel workflow.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If a plan didn't fit, contact support within 14 days for a full refund on unused credit tiers. This is our fair-billing commitment, the details are on /fair-billing.
How does the credit system work?
One credit = one HD on-model image. Try-on and pose variants cost less. Credits from paid plans do not expire while your account is active.
What happens to my images if I cancel?
Everything you generated stays in your gallery and remains downloadable. Cancellation only stops future billing; it doesn't lock you out of what you've already made.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep the credits you paid for.
How do I invite team members?
Open Team in the sidebar and send invites by email. Team seats are billed per active member; admins can remove members at any time to release the seat.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. Paid outputs carry full commercial rights across web, marketing, ads, print, and social. Trial images carry a watermark until you upgrade.
What resolution do I get?
HD (2048px on the long edge) on every plan. 4K (4096px) exports are available on paid tiers for zoom-heavy fashion listings and print use.
Where are my images stored?
In your Looknish account, in a private bucket only you and your team can access. You can delete anything from the gallery at any time.
How do I contact support?
Email hello@looknish.com, we reply within one business day. For anything urgent, drop the word URGENT in the subject line and we'll prioritize.
